What happens if it rains?

Our boat is comfortable in all weather. It can be closed on all sides, with heated seats and cabin heating to keep you warm and dry.

If you still prefer to cancel because of the weather, we understand. Please cancel at least 4 hours before departure to receive a refund.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! Dogs are very welcome on board. We love meeting your furry friends.

What's included in the price?

Everything you need for a comfortable private Light Festival cruise is included:

Your own private electric boat
An experienced, friendly skipper
Drinks on board
Heated seats and warm blankets
A covered boat that can be closed in bad weather

How does the pricing work?

The price is for the entire private boat, not per person, and depends on the size of your group. Select your group size when booking to see the exact price. There are no hidden costs or additional per-person tickets.

Where does the tour start?

The tour starts at our dock directly in front of Amsterdam Central Station, on the city side by the main entrance. The address is Stationsplein 26, Amsterdam.
