\n\t\t\t\t\t\tOur one-of-a-kind ships are called Duffy boats. We had these unique vessels custom-built and imported from the US. We went through that extra trouble because these boats are simply the perfect fit for the canals of Amsterdam.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Gordita is our fully electric boat. The Gordita has a fridge to store your snacks and drinks. The maximum seats is 10.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Blue in Green<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Blue in Green has solar panels and a little back deck with 2 seats. The maximum seating for this boat is 10 guests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What Makes these Boats So Special<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our boats:<\/p>

  • Are incredibly comfortable<\/strong>. What\u2019s more, they\u2019re very social. In the front, there are 10 seats around a central table so that you can have a conversation, share a snack, and enjoy a drink. There is even a balcony on the back<\/strong> where you can go if you want to snap that perfect picture or are just too excited to sit still.<\/li>
  • Are fully electric and solar.<\/strong> We care about the environment<\/strong>. After all, we\u2019re Dutch and we know the power of the sea. But that\u2019s not the only advantage of having an electric boat. Another big one is that they barely make a sound<\/strong>. That means you can listen in on Dutch street life and have a normal conversation instead of having to scream to be heard over the whup whup whup<\/em> of the motor.<\/li>
  • Are very manoeuvrable.<\/strong> These ships turn on a dime and they\u2019ve got particularly low roofs. And that matters in the canals of Amsterdam, where the bridges are low and the canals narrow. For this reason, we don\u2019t need to stick to specific routes.<\/strong> We can instead pick you up wherever you wish and take you just about anywhere you’d like to go!<\/li>
  • Have retractable roofs and windows.<\/strong> And that\u2019s useful in a place like the Netherlands, where the weather is as indecisive as a child with a \u20ac10 euro bill in a toy store. But we don\u2019t have to worry about that. If it rains we put up the roof and slide in the windows<\/strong>. If it doesn\u2019t, then you get to sit in the sunshine with the breeze in your hair. We even have heating and blankets on board<\/strong>!<\/li>
  • Are personable<\/strong>. The boats fit 10 people<\/strong> comfortably and give you a 360-degree view of your surroundings. In this way, you can easily share with the rest of the passengers what you just spotted. It also makes it incredibly easy to ask questions of the skippers,<\/strong> as they’ll be at most just two arm\u2019s lengths away.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Food, Drink & Smoking<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    We have a fridge on board<\/strong>, so feel free to bring food and drink to relax as you cruise through the World Heritage canal district. Please make sure that you also bring cutlery, plates, and cups. We do try to have these on board, but sometimes they run out. Besides, if you bring your own then we\u2019ll use less plastic. And we\u2019re all for that!
